- Not be altered or worn
- Not be a personalized or customized item

How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@brynmor.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
